My item says it was delivered, but I don't see it anywhere at my house. What should I do?

Do you accept returns/provide refunds?

At this time, we don't accept returns or provide refunds. If there's an issue with your product, feel free to contact us. We will give you an Instore credit!
 
How long will it take for my item to be shipped?

It should only take up to 2-5 days, but in some cases, it can take up to two weeks depending on production. Also, be sure to type in the correct address. Once the item is shipped, we are unable to correct this from our end. Once your order is shipped, you should receive an email confirmation. 
 
When will your products be shipped globally?

As of now, we only ship within the US. There will be information provided once we begin to ship globally (which will be soon)!
 
Are your products true to size?
 
Yes! We can attest that our products are true to size. However, if you are someone who likes a baggier fit, we suggest you size up.
